Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you create an account — no credit card required. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 14 days your account is paused. Your data is preserved for 90 days. You can reactivate anytime by subscribing to a plan — nothing is deleted.

Which plan should I pick?

Solo is for an owner-operator running the business alone. Crew is for small teams with up to 3 technicians. Fleet is for larger operations with unlimited technicians.

Can I accept card payments from customers?

Yes. On any paid plan you can connect your account and add a secure pay-by-link to every invoice, plus collect deposits when a customer accepts a quote. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to you — ClientRoot just keeps the status in sync.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep access through the end of your paid period and are never charged again.

Is my data safe?
